While waiting in front of the cashier at my closest shopping center and waiting for all of my items to be bagged, I stopped and counted how many plastic bags the teenage cashier was using. I thought to myself, “Wow, that’s a lot of plastic that I’m just going to throw into the recycling bin when I get home”. I noticed that I never really re-use any plastic bags because it is just a large amount of work to keep up with how many there are.
